Project Background

The Earth Iconic project was launched with the promise of a landmark development in Sector-71, Gurugram. Unfortunately, due to delays, insolvency proceedings, and ongoing litigation, hundreds of buyers have been left in uncertainty. The project is currently under the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and monitored under regulatory supervision.
